  He married Sarah Durborrow, daughter of John Durborrow on 12 October 1765 in Kent County, Delaware. They had two children.  Benjamin Husbands died before 1782 at Little Creek Hundred, Kent County, Delaware.

Abraham Husbands was born on 16 January 1808 in New Castle County, Delaware the son of Adolphus Husbands and Mary Ford. He married Rachel Jackson on 10 March 1803 in New Castle, New Castle County, Delaware. In 1840, he was living in Brandywine Hundred, New Castle County Delaware with his wife Rachel his son John A. Husbands and his three daughters Eliza Husbands, Anna Husbands and Lydia Husbands.  In the 1850 Federal Census on 15 August 1860, he was living with his wife, his two sons John A. Husbands and Wesley Husbands and his daughters Eliza Husbands, Anna Husbands and Lydia Husbands in Division 1, New Castle County, Delaware. On 8 June 1860 Federal Census Abraham Husbands was still living in Brandywine Hundred, New Castle County, Delaware with his wife Rachel his sons John Husbands and Wesley Husbands and his two daughters Eliza Husbands and Lydie Husbands.  Abraham's wife died on 17 June 1869. On 11 July 1870 Abraham was living with his son Wesley Husbands and his daughter Lydia Husbands in the Brandywine Hundred, New Castle, Delaware. In the 1880 Federal Census Abraham Husbands was still living in the Brandywine Hundred, New Castle County, Delaware with his son Wesley Husbands and daughter Lydia Husbands. Abraham Husbands died on 31 January 1897 in Rockland, New Castle County Delaware at the age of 89.  He was buried on 3 February 1897 in the Mt.   Adolphus Husbands
                                                                                                                                 

 Adolphus Husbands was born on 4 August 1777 in Brandywine, New Castle County, Delaware the son of John J. Husbands III and Marie Mary Wolbach. He married Mary Ford on 26 May 1803 in the Holy Trinity Church, New Castle County, Delaware. On August 20, 1820 he was living in Brandywine, New Castle County Delaware with his wife Mary his two sons Abraham Husbands and William Husbands and his daughter Mary.  In the Federal Census of 1830 he was still living with his wife, his two sons and daughter in Brandywine, New Castle County, Delaware. The 1840 Federal Census found Adolphus still living in Brandywine, New Castle County, Delaware with his wife and daughters Mary and Elizabeth. Adolphus Husbands died in New Castle County, Delaware on 15 March 1846 at the age of 65 years.  He is buried in the Mt. Adolphus Husbands was born on 2 December 1825 in Brandywine, New Castle County, Delaware the son of William Husbands and Jane McBride. He married Adaline C. McFarland on 18 February 1857. On 6 June 1860 Adolphus and his wife Adaline were living with their daughter Amanda Husbands and son Stephen Husbands in the Brandywine Hundred, New Castle County, Delaware.  On 4 June 1870 Adolphus and Adeline were living with their sons Stephen Husbands and William Husbands and their three daughters Amanda Husbands, Harriett Husbands and Ellen N. Husbands.   Adolphus and Adaline's children were: Amanda Husbands, Stephen Hayden Husbands, Harriett S. Husbands and Ellen Nora Husbands. Adolphus Husbands died in New Castle County, Delaware on 1 June 1885 at the age of 60 years.  He is buried in the Lower Brandywine Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Owls Nest, New Castle County, Delaware.

was born in August 1742, Cecil County, Maryland, the son of  John J. Husbands Jr. and Mary Veazey.   His name appears in the 1761 tax roles in Bohemia Manor Hundred, Cecil County, Maryland 673. In 1771 he appears in the North Carolina Census living in Surry County,  Maryland 707. Sometime before 1776 he married Sarah Renshew in North Carolina. Their children were: Herman Husbands, Noble Husbands, Permelia Husbands, Loami Husbands and Francine Husbands. The 1790 Federal Census indicates that Robert Husbands was living with his family in Surry County, North Carolina 708. On the 1800 Federal Census Robert Husbands and his family were living in Salisbury, Rowan County, Maryland 709.   Robert Husbands died on 5 March 1802 in Rowan County, Maryland.

In the 1790 census he was living in Burke County Maryland 947. In the 1800 census Veazey was still living in Burke, North Carolina with his family 948.  Veazey Husbands served, as a Private in the 7th Regiment of the Kentucky Militia,  during the War of 1812 944. In the 1830 census Veazey Husbands is living with his family in Lincoln Tennessee 945. Their children were Parmelia Husbands, Joseph M. Husdands, John Husbands, Rebekah Husbands, Christian M. was born on 5 January 1759, Anson County, North Carolina, the son of John Husbands and Tabitha Bean. In 1784 he married Sarah "Sally" Watkins in Richmond, North Carolina. He served during the Revolutionary War as a private under the command of Captain Hay in Col Love's Regiment for 2 years in the North Carolina Line.  In 1790 William Husbands lived Richmond, North Carolina with his wife Sally Watkins, his sisters Ann Husbands and Nancy Husbands 791. In 1800 he lived in Hillsboro, Randolph County, North Carolina with his wife Sally and his children William Sheriff Husbands, Tabitha Husbands, John Husbands and Elijah Husbands 794.   In 1810 William Husbands and his family were living in Rockingham, Richmond, North Carolina. From 1800 to 1812 William and Sarah added the following children to their family: Thomas Jefferson Husbands, Sarah Ann Husbands, William Husbands, James Husbands, and Laura Emily Husbands. After 1810 William moved his family from North Carolina to Alabama.  In 1832 his sister Ann partitioned the State of Alabama for a pension, on behalf of her brother William Husbands.  On July 2, 1933 the pension partition was granted 792 , 793. William Husbands died in 1836 in Greensboro, Greene County, Alabama.

In 1901 he was admitted to the U.S. National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soliders in Danville, Vermillion County, Illinois.  He died in the hospital on 6 November 1906 and is buried in the Danville National Cemetery in Danville, Illinois.

Husbands was born in December 1735, Cecil County, Maryland, the son of John Husbands and Mary Veazey.  In 1752 Veazey Husbands appeared as a taxable person in Cecil County. He married Elizabeth Moore, the daughter of John Moore and Sarah Meredith, on 23 December 1752 in Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. Their children were Veazey Husbands (1770-1831), Rebecca Husbands (1773-*), an unknown female child and William Husbands (1780-1829). Veazey Husbands was a loyalist with the Ninety-Six South Carolina Tories, during the Revolutionary War and held the rank of Colonel.  He was killed together with Major Patrick Ferguson on 9 October 1780 at the battle of King's Mountain, York County, South Carolina.  At the time of his death he lived in the Lower Creek of the Catowba in Burke County, South Carolina.

Their children were: Catherine Husbands, Mary Husbands, Peter Husbands, Rebeca Husbands, John Husbands, and Adolphus Husbands.  On 7 March 1778 John J. Husbands enlisted in Captain Paul Raulston's Company, Western District, Brandywine Hundred, New Castle County, Delaware 702.  His rank was Corporal in the Continental Line.
